Is a historic Italian wine, grown in one of the smallest areas on the hills of Monferrato in Piedmont - Italy.

Production of only 190 hectoliters per year . 

Winner of numerous awards and wine competitions. A wine suitable for aging that improves over time.

 

Obtained from Barbera grapes (80%), Grignolino and Freisa (20%) grapes.

Harvest period: second half of September

Harvesting method: manual

Vinification: traditional red vinification, 8 days maceration with automated pumping over, cold stabilization.

Alcohol content: 13.5 ° vol.
